They're a real nice young couple that are living their dream. The bought forested land on a grade with a stream in it on the cheap. It was no good for farming or development.
They live a simple, but full life and the breads are to die for. They come to town twice a week and the breads sell out in minutes.

The breads are so beautiful and crusty-looking. I love that those two are living the homesteading dream while creating a smart, successful business. How inspiring.
