Repair holey sweaters in seconds with Woolfiller kit
This is such a cool, easy technique; you'll be overjoyed to reclaim your moth-eaten woolens. Read my Sun Media article for more details on how to use Woolfiller. Oh, and Woolfiller is one of Time Magazine's top 50 inventions of 2010, so I'm not the only one who thinks it's brilliant.
I'm not much of a do-it-yourself'er, but you inspire me to be one, Mag. This is a great tip, thank you!

Honestly, I find self-sufficiency to be a great drug. You should have seen me begging my relatives at Christmas time to give me all of their busted sweaters to repair.

Thanks! This is wonderful! Does this work on non-wool sweaters - like cotton - as well?

Hi Fran,
No, it only works on wool because of the tiny barbs on wool fibers. Cotton and acrylic fibers are smooth and don't tangle properly with the roving (raw wool).
